  • Learn how to eliminate unsatisfying work and distractions
  • Learn how to use your most precious resource, your time, where it’s most effective
  • Learn how to create a realistic plan that points your current business’s growth trajectory toward your ultimate goals, and refine it regularly

If you use a laptop to run your business – bring it!
If you run everything from your phone or a journal or other portable system – bring it!
If you don’t currently have a system you can bring, pick the one that sounds the most ideal to you: laptop, smartphone, or journal – and bring it!

Let’s Talk Business Plans – Thursday, March 29, 2018

Do you have a business plan? Is it up to date? Or is the process of creating one overwhelming? Let’s get together & talk about business plans and help each other make our business plans more useful & meaningful.

If you have a business plan, even if it’s out of date, please bring a copy to share! If you don’t, don’t worry, I’ll have some example business plans and reference materials to kick-start the conversation! We’ll talk about what’s critical to include, whether certain sections are over- (or under-) thought, and give each other feedback on how to make a clear and compelling business plan.
